Bee Removal & Pollination on Johns Island and Wadmalaw Island, SC

Johns Island and Wadmalaw are just across the river from our Yonges Island base. We provide live honey bee removal for homes and businesses, plus pollination and hive management for the farms and gardens that still make these islands special.

Big live oaks, farm fields, older farmhouses and fast-growing new neighborhoods all sit side by side here. That means we see everything from swarms in moss-draped oaks to colonies tucked inside the soffits of newer homes. Spring is the busiest time, but bees can move into a structure any time the weather is warm.

Bee Removal

We collect swarms, cut colonies out of walls, soffits, floors and sheds, and use trap-outs when opening a structure isn't practical. Every colony is relocated alive to one of our apiaries. Pricing starts at free and depends on colony size. We don't make repairs after a cut-out, so you'll want someone lined up to patch the opening.

Pollination

Johns Island and Wadmalaw have some of the most active farmland left in Charleston County. We place strong colonies for berries, melons, squash, orchards and other bee-pollinated crops, keep an eye on them through the bloom, and pull them out when you're done.

Apiary Management

If you'd like hives on your property, we can install and manage them for you, including inspections, swarm prevention, queen checks, feeding, pest and disease monitoring, and help with harvest.
