Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Our candles, soaps, balms and other products are handmade in small batches, so we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund that item, whichever you prefer. If we ask you to send it back, we'll cover the return shipping.

Not Covered

Candles that have been burned, and damage that happens after delivery.

​

Live Bees

Live bees (queens and nucs) are local pickup only and final sale.

​

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card company.
